Bug description: This item should drop from other mobs in Broken Isles (just like Salvaged Armor, Harvested Goods, Butchered Meat etc.) and not only in Nighthold and Karazhan.
Because of this bug it's not possible to get any new recipes (880ilvl engineering-only helms) and we can't level Engineering up to 800...
Proof: Not needed, ItemFinder says everything...
