Descrierea bugului / Bug description: trebuie sa dea 6% hit rating in plus si nu da

hit-ul din talente nu til pune niciodata la caracter stats

nu? da unde-l pune? expertise si restul de ce le pune?

uite un filmulet pe youtube cu o prezentare de enhancement shaman, dupa cum vezi are lvl 19 si 10 % hit rating si eu la 85 dupa ce am reforjat in hit + ceva gemuri am 11%. Curios nu?
Plus ca tot acolo are mult mai mult expertise, dar aici mai trebuie sa studiez sa vad daca si unde ii o problema.

nu inteleg nimica din video, orcum dc nu faci altfel, iati recount baga autoattack pe dummy fara ala de hit si alte talente care modifica hitu si vezi diferenta...

Bugul este evident.
Uite mai pun un filmulet cu un shaman enhance la lvl 85. Nu trebuie sa intelegi nimic din filmulet doar sa te uiti la stat, restul nu are importanta. Asta are 355 ilvl (eu am 357 full gem full enchant) si are 20%+ hit.

este doar visual bug. ce este evident :/? ca nu ai hit-ul ala in plus? ia mai verifica o data.
