Hi! This is how the bug happened:
After completing a VoTW +12, I have received a titanforged Pendant of the Watchful Eye, 905. (The armory only says it's titanforged but it shows the normal ilvl, thankfully, you can see that the shoulders I got from the same dungeon are 895 and the warforged relic is 900, so I think it's logical that the titanforged neckpiece was indeed 900+, 905 in my case, I can even tell you that it had over 2k Haste, that's the one thing that stuck with me).
I've used the Dalaran Heartstone, got to Dalaran, equipped my neckpiece and then I've equipped my new shoulders that I've received from a party member. That's when the game crashed, logged back in, shoulders were equipped but the neckpiece slot was empty and it wasn't in my backpack either. I would very much appreciate you helping me with this since it's a BiS neck for me and I don't believe I've made any mistake in losing it.

Woke up this morning, now my legpiece is gone!!!
WHAT IS GOING ON?! What's even the point of playing if the next day we lose the shit that we get today?!
