Hi, i have the same problem as here: http://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-3129589.html#3129589 , but I have been crashed in Stormwind, next i tried to unstuck my character but it's still doesnt work.

Wait for a server restart. You probably added someone to your friends list / to your guild who has recently changed Realms or used Character Recovery Tool.
