Bug description: After being said that the item was fixed, already got 2 of them. First try, i had my artifact mogged, so it didn't work. Second time i got the item, i did everything as GM told me so. Unmogged artifact (even all armor), cleared cache, got item from mail and used it. Nothing. I just went invisible for few seconds, and that was pretty much it.
