Bug description: Frozen orb doesnt work

*Frozen orb doesnt hit the boss ... (Lei Shen and Ra-den) the prof is from Ra-Den only

*Presence of mind stays activated when used in burst with alter ... there were a post regarding this bug were lethalmage did prove it does work properly but he didnt spam spells.. (both fire and frost specs) i dont thing anyone does cast spells in burst like him in his prof video

*Why did u reject my post ?
*Do u see any damage on recount from frost frozen orb or any proc of ice lance when it hit first target ?
*Didnt u see Presence of Mind buff up half of video while i was casting ?
*Did u test any of those ? PROOOF then

To make it easy to check :

- at sec 7 of video i am casting frozen orb and recount window shows 0 frozen orb dmg and no procs of ice lance :

- at sec 21 from video i am casting frostbolt while PRESENCE OF MIND IS UP until the end of video.
