Bug description: Priest shadow artifact quest, i have to abandoned the quest and the npc doesn't appear. Priest lvl 100, with al the requierement

Please post proof of the issue. The character name is thus very important cause we can't help you otherwise. What quest did you abandon?

Hi, the name of the char is Tacopicante. Quest = Blade in Twitlight. I was on 2nd stage of the first artifact quest, was looking for the shadow artifact.
