[REJECTED] First boosted legendary drop from BLP

Bug description: I have on my alt character 7 days playing time and still i didn't loot a single legendary from BLP(bad luck protection) but i looted 2 legendary items from essence.
First legendary which should be boosted and second one still didn't drop.

Dear player,

Legions legendary system is pure RNG,
Yes there is bad luck protection but after all RNG is RNG. keep grinding and you'll drop one from the regular sources
