Bug description: I got my original bug report rejected as per this screenshot... The thing is the chain is only available if you're a belf therefore loremaster is NOT completeable on any horde race other than blood elf. I have done all the prequests but this one is not available. I had two guildies test it and only the Belf was eligible to get the quest and it can't be shared to you if you're not a Belf.
