hi all..
wanna share my tought..
i donated full bis gear 2 years ago in legion patch.. and i donated in my 2 char which is janissary and gandja..
i’ve not play in these years so i missed bfa patch and didnt upgrade my bis gear from legion to bfa..

these month i saw email from freakz that they have patched to new shadowland patch.. and i am very excited and start to play a little bit..
and my problem start here..

few days ago i email the shop team how to upgrade my full donated gear to shadowland bis gear..
and today i got reply stated that I CANT UPGRADE IT BECAUSE I MISSED THE BFA UPGRADE.. they CANNOT DO ANYTHING..

and this is my tought.. wtf is this.. why i cant upgrade my full donated gear?
and now all my 2 character full donated gear gonna go into a trashcan.. just because they cannot do anything..

there is no announcement or notification.. if you missed some patch upgraded and your donated gear will be a trash..
you guys always emphasis that you always can upgrade your donated item with costs that vary between how long or how old is the gear and how many times have you swap it..

so this is very unfair for me..
first reason i donated because i dont have much time to gearing up or grinding or raiding or etc..
second you always once you donated you can always upgrade your donated gear with certain costs.

i hope my experience can be a lesson for others..
i just got very mad because they stating that THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING.. remember you own this game.. YOU ALWAYS CAN DO EVRYTHING..

1 happy customer can spread their happiness to many customer
1 unhappy customer can spread their unhappiness to many many many more..

you had a year or more and were notified.

you cannot skip expansions.

I suggest you take advantage of the promotion.

it would be a slap in the face to whoever played the bfa

i work abroad those years.. now i finnish my contract abroad.. and have some time to play again..
and what notification exactly ?

notification if i missed 1 patch upgrade then all my donated gear become trash..
if its true.. please give me evidence/prove about that notification if i missed 1 patch upgrade then i cannot upgrade again in next patch..

if you have that kind of notification evidence..
then i will gladly calming myself and never talk about it..
but if you dont have evidence..
i will try my best to claim my rights..
i spend money to make my problem gets easy..
not to make more problems..

yeah thats what freakz do..
earn ppl money and cut them loose..

Hello abojr,

As mentioned above, you had roughly 10 months since the launch of BfA (up until the 8.2.0 content went live) to upgrade your gear purchased during Legion. This has been mentioned a couple of times and since you already receive an answer from the shop nothing can be done in this case.
