Description: Aparrently this item has an 1.5 sec cast time,it was originaly instant cast, but this change was made in WoD(6.0.2) not MoP(5.4.8)

Min 3:25 the buff appears and no cast. I don't know if it's 5.4.8, but 5.4 for sure.
He has a macro for fan of knives and the item.
