[REJECTED] Game Settings Restarting

Bug description: So today I had to download WoW because I am playing on a different PC and i noticed that every time I turn on the game all of settings' options are reseted.I'm not sure if this is a bug since I didn't have this problem on my previous PC,but I don't see what I am doing wrong.
Even some of the addons which I use have restarted settings.

Now this isn't something that might make me quit the game,but its really annoying and I would be grateful if somebody could help me out.

Hi.

Just go to your WTF folder, and go to your Config file. Right-click it -> properties, and UNCHECK "read-only". Hit Apply + Save.

After that, delete the Cache folder while you're still there, then log back in the game. You will be asked to accept the Terms of Service, but now the settings will be saved.
