Bug description: The enchant does not work.
Proof: On this specific mob ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=113798&&name=charles-sutton ) the https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140221&&name=found-sack-of-gems item has 100% drop chance.
I have the enchant on my shoulder as you can see https://imgur.com/a/Zo2DhvZ and it did not dropped https://imgur.com/a/1BlwzaQ.

It works.
But boons drop have some kind of farm anticheat, you can only loot an item every 30 minutes.
