Bug description: When a Character has more Debuffs ( or Buffs ) they should align correctly under the frame, instead,.. now,..they are interfering with it.
Proof: http://i.imgur.com/Vn4SbeM.jpg ( Notice that the Sunder Armor debuff is interfering with the Focus Frame. ) Also, this applies to all type of frames, whether is Focus or Target.

This is not a server issue, the buffs/debuffs are aligned by the client

Interface > buffs/debuffs > and check consolidate buffs. As for target buffs its caused by an add on most like. Please try another unit frames add on. Xpearl works great for me.
This should fix the problem.
