This topic applies to all summonable pets.
I especially faced huge issues in arena because of this. The point is that if rogue(for example) tries to reset combat in arena, while being chased by someone's pet (monk's tiger for ex.), he usually sees that the pet is following him through the textures, walls, etc... As a result he doesn't get out of combat, because of receiving damage from the pet. This brings a significant imbalance. Classes like ferals, rogues suffer really much.
Probably maps/vmaps don't work as they should.
There's no sense to create topics for each summon spell. The problem is more global and i believe technical part experts will understand me.
I wrote this topic to just understand if this issue can be fixed...

The pets should keep you in combat, and i don't remember them going through textures, if that happens it is a bug, but they should be able to follow you and keep you in combat
