[REJECTED] [General] [PvE] Spell damage too high on all mobs

WoW Freakz link: All spell caster mobs from all zones
Bug description: Mobs that use any ranged spell deal damage as big as your entire health one/two shotting you.
This applies to all mobs that use spells:World mobs,dungeon mobs etc
(they also dispawn too quickly resulting in losing quest items from anywhere in the world.It is more annoying in dungeons since you have basicly 10 seconds to get the q items and then they dissapear)
Proof:
The tank got 12k damage from that lightning bolt melting his entire HP in one go

If anyone can bring more proof or any info from any zone,it would be nice.

I also noticed this (both in Eastern Kingdoms and Outlands)

Give a man a fire and he's warm for a day, but set fire to him and he's warm for the rest of his life
