Bug description: the trinket that drops from waycrest mannor Gore-Crusted Butcher's Block (https://www.wowhead.com/item=159616/gore-crusted-butchers-block?bonus=4777:1473) most likely its bugged with ppm or whateveer idk...I was dpsing the dummy for 2 min and 21s...as a furry warrior with a dps class with most amout of haste due the enrage mechanics that gives you 25% haste aka even aa can proc the trinket. So here is a !details coppy paste thing

P.S. side note I was using trinket from Rezan (Rezan's Gleaming Eye) https://www.wowhead.com/item=158712/rezans-gleaming-eye?bonus=4777:1473 and apperently he did not proc once ehen paired with that trinket...and usualy his proc rate and buff uptime is around 43% on 5m fight
