Details: (optional) Hello, I have 4 screenshots showing of some bug that can happen in ToS HC, wich makes you get a downgraded item, that means you get the normal version of the item instead of the heroic one.
On the first Screenshot you can see the item that dropped on the chat, "Cloack of Stifling Brimstone", you can see the raid difficulty set on Heroic, and you can also see the link of the item that I got open, and it's the normal version of the item, not the heroic one as it should be.
On the second Screenshot I'm showing the item on my bags with the same things that u can see on the first one, raid difficulty, the item on the chat, the item link open and the item on my bags, being this one the normal version instead of the heroic one.
Third and Fourth screenshots are to show that some other people got downgraded items aswell, like I did, they got the normal version of the item on a raid set to heroic.
On my armory you can also check on recent activity that I Bonus rolled on Goroth and i got the item.
I hope this is enough for you guys to do something, maybe im reporting this on the wrong section of the forums and or maybe there's nothing u can do.
