[REJECTED] Grim Tidings quest - NCP not there to start quest

Bug description: Can't pick up quest Grim Tidings in Redridge Mountains
Proof: Completed the previous quest to talk to the hunter and then slay him. I should have been able to start the follow on quest, the map shows a ! at the spot, but there is no NPC to talk too.
Have tried leaving the area and returning, but still the same.

Hello,

You should be able to pick up that quest upon relogging near the location where Zekan is supposed to be.

Proceed to do so and let me know if the issue is still persisting.

Thanks, just gone back to the location following the server restart. Rokhan is still not there, even tried a /tar
