Bug description: Must be used Rokar's Camera on dead body Iron Rune Overseer, Iron Rune-Smith or Runic Lightning Gunner (Iron Dwarfs) in Dun Argol, but this cannot be done, item is just not used to them. For this, freakz site and wowhead too, redirect me for check Alliance NPC: Mountaineer Kilian, but he is don't active too.

The quest works (horde side) but only if you use the camera (quest item) on a certain type of npc, I forget its' name. But other than that, it works.

Right, it's work. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Here it works only on Iron Rune-Smith.
