[REJECTED] HC Dungeon Resets not working properly

Bug description: Some dungeons do not fully reset and some no dot reset at all. Yesterday I did some TBC HC dungeons for transmog items and when I came back today to do them again some of the bosses have not been reseted.
Slave Pens: Quagmirran did not reset although the other two bosses did.
Mana Tombs: All of the bosses did not reset at all.
Auchenai Crypts: Both bosses did not reset.
Also a really strange thing happened to me a few days ago, I was in BWL and I've just initiated the fight with Nefarian, when I was killing the adds that kept coming the server went down and when it came back online and I logged in, I was teleported to my heartstone location. Now every time I try to enter BWL, after the dungeon loading screen I get the eastern kingdoms loading screen and I get teleported to my heartstone location and it tells me I can't enter the dungeon when an encounter is in progress, but there is no encounted in progress! There is no one inside!

EDIT: Alright so I checked again and the bosses of Mana Tombs and Auchenai Crypt reseted (or at least the ones that I needed to kill, haven't visited all of them) and I figured out that Quagmirran must've too but in fact he did not.
