Bug description: Odyn has way too big scaling, got good proof

316*(1+1.72) = 860 Mln exact the same as on yt video without Tyrannical affix.

it has 2200 mln, it is incorrect.
As you can see it is Tyranical affix which should scale:
316*(1+0.4)*(1+1.72) = 1203.326 Mln HP (1.4=tyranical affix, 2.72 from 7.1.5 patch health increase)

to Sum up, wowfreakz odyn's health increase from around 580 Mln base health instead of 316 mln ( mythic 0)
the problem is that the player need to take down 450 mln health instead of 240 mln making the fight like 10 min on m+14

1.4*2.72 =3.8 (tyranical + (m+14))
2200/3.8 = 580 mln (bug)
1200/3.8 = 316 mln (m0)
