Item Name & ID: 134258 // Sea Stalker's Shirt (Can't be sure this was the item, as I really never looked at the shirt)

Details: (optional) I am honestly not sure what the item was as I really wasn't on this toon for awhile, but if I had to guess it was a 845 Sea Stalkers Mythic. (845 was Base ilvl for mythics a year ago) But I was doing the intro of Assault on Broken Shore as I got a good ilvl for the area (Around 857+ at the time) It bugged out and wouldn't let me get to the area so I relogged. When I logged back in I saw I didn't have my chestplate anymore and I dropped to 804 ilvl.)

Also the Recover missing/Disappeared items doesn't show any items for my character.
