[REJECTED] Haste problem with my druid

Bug description: i have this problem of haste with my druid, i don't know what's going on but my haste some time come down to 18.82% and my crit get increase and when when i go offline and come online after few hours my haste go back to 20% and crit comes down. i have talked to another druid in my guild who is also resto and she said she got same problem and she cant figure it out. im noticing this from last few days i have made tickets twice and the GM told me to report it on forums, idk if i am reporting it in right place or not but please do give it a look, i have added links of the screen shots. and yes im not changing gear or using any kind of food / flasks as well.

If you are a night elf,then its from their racials https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=154748&&name=touch-of-elune. This should be it. I can't think of anything else that could affect you in this way.
