Confirm, especially for fjarnskaggl rank 3, victims without sky golem get fkd in the *** cuz its not working. Only problem is i dont know exactly how much it should speed up mount casting cuz there is no info just one comment on wowhead which makes a guesstimate of about 50% faster cast on mount after herb picking
