Bug description: When I herb Starlight Rose I can see the item that starts the quest but I can't start it
Proof: As you can see here I can't start it. There is a chance that I took the quest before and abandoned it, that was before all the herbalism quests were listed as "fixed" in the Profession topic, but I can't take it again.
