Bug description: Lost.
Proof:
Good morning.
In this morning i looting it my hidden artifact appariance
for my Demon Hunter (vengeance) before the restart.
But i log back in the game and this item is lost.
But the buffs i looted and used also, (soul flame buffs)
is here, only the appariance is lost. Can u help me in this problem?

Please post proof that you obtained the weapon apperance. Since said you obtained it, you should've gotten this achievement:

Yes i know what you think. But i not used the item, just loot it. :S

You can try checking the site function for recovering items. See if it allows you to recover item that gives you the apperance.
If you can't recover it, you should just try killing it again untill it drops since the boss is killable even after obtaining the apperance.
