[REJECTED] [Hidden appereance] Not activating

Bug description: So i recieved the hidden appereance for guardian from Ursoc, i activated it right there but i didnt recieved it neither the achievement, then i made an item recovery post, i recieved it again and the same thing happened. I think this is happening because i was wearing the second line apperance for all traits and not one of the first line appereances, the default/recolored ones. I cant test it bcos i would need to spam the item recovery forum. I have a friend that also got the hidden appereance for guardian, but he activated it while being feral and worked for him. If anyone could test it and see why this is happening it would be great. And i also think there are problems like this for other classes too.

Here i recieved it as you can see in guild news, i activated it bcos its not in my inventory but nowhere to be found at the artifact station, and then i recieved it from item recovery and the same thing happened.

Same happened to me with Dreadblades hidden appereance fix this...

Same thing happens on my shadowpriest. The blade's supposed to whisper you random things, this one doesn't.

Also I got this strange bug that I can't add anymore traits or relics in it which is aswell straingly odd after updating it with this new hidden appearence.

Same thing happened on my ret paladin , i used it , my character dissapeared for a while and it did nothing after that

Same to me , Hidden for WW and MW monk dont work
