Bug description: I bought the beast mastery hidden artifact appearance from Dalaran ,i used it , the screen where it shows my character wielding the new appearance appeared and i had it for like 1 min , and after that it dissapeared . I went to Trueshot lodge , to see if the hidden appearance was there but it wasnt, so i said , why not , lets buy it again .. So i bought it again , i did a bg with it , i logged out and after 3 hours i logged back in and guess what ... it was missing .... Please solve that asap.
