[REJECTED] High MS problem/Bug after update

Bug description: After Wednesday, August 22 2018, 17:52 update/fix several players include me have MS problems, when you fight/raid/dueling/go to arena MS is over 5k. I'v tryed all rebooted my PC/rebooted modem, Rooter, deleted cache re-downloaded your client, asked Gm about this isue. Eaven now i'm playing with ping 1k-3k. I only can do world quests with so High MS and thats all....

Its happening in bgs too gets laggy as we play.
I say we cause i have seen others having the same issues too
can chat with anyone in bgs but cant do any attacks due to huge delays/lag.
