[REJECTED] High level monster in lvl50 area

Bug description: In chiselgrip in Burning Steppes near quest givers, one monster lvl85+ stands and attacks as soon as you get close to NPC to take quests. As a lvl55 im 1 hit for him. I suppose that mob shouldnt be there.

actual location is around 44, 45, not 55, 22 as npc finder states

The npc is needed its not a random spawn
