Character name: Airika
Bug description: Finished the quest "Blood Debt" but am unable to turn the quest in as Stonedark Drogbar is not showing up in the location he's suppose to be in. Need to be able to turn this in so I can move forward in the highmountain storyline. Site says 0 spawns.

You have to turn it in at the same place you took the quest. At Navarogg's Refuge
