Today I wanted to unlock the Highmountain allied race, logged in and started to look for quests but I found none. Then I saw that the last three of the chapters are completed and the first ones are not and couldn't seem to find any quests, I looked everywhere. I logged in on 2 other alts and it was the same thing- last 3 chapters completed, first four- not. Hop
