[REJECTED] Hit Rating Bugged

Salut,am venit sa postez k e buguit hit ratingu.

Am un shaman enhancement pe Evolution realm si am 210 hit rating sau 6.40%.OK in mod normal ar fii sa NU DAU MISS in PVP! avand in vedere ce zice pe toate forumurile (elitistjerks,arenajunkies,mmo-champion) 5% ESTE hit capu`l in PVP,7% pentru Nelfi (au racial -2% hit rating la melee/ranged impotriva lor).

K a 2-a problema la hit rating,e in PVE...am incercat cu 8% si TOT DAU MISS,ceea ce ar fi imposibil avand in vedere k si wowwiki zice clar ca pentru raiduri lvl 83 boss,8% e hit capul.

Va rog frumos sa`l reparati,ma enerveaza foarte tare sa dau miss in loc de damage in bg/arene,shamanul meu e Rage,draenei alliance.Dak e ceva puteti sa ma cautati acolo.Am si screenshot cu testari la hit rating.

Sa mai discutat, si din ce stiu a iesit ca nu e bug.

Foloseste adonu asta si iti arata cand pui clicku pe'un spell si sansa de hit, daca e 100% si tu arati ca dai miss inseamna ca e bugged.

"Changes to the unified hit rating mechanic and an increased use of spell damage abilities due to Maelstrom Weapon have greatly increased the need for Hit Rating for Enhancement Shaman. While there is still no need to reach the DW hit cap for melee attacks, the spell hit cap has become very important. Recommendation is to gem/enchant to hit the Spell Hit cap, keeping in mind that you can get 3% spell hit from raid buffs (Shadow Priest - Misery), and you can also consume a Hit Rating food buff. Draenei of course have another 1% hit that they do not need to gear for due to their aura.

Spells have a miss rate of 17% (16% for Draenei) against level 83 (Boss) targets, but this is lowered to 14% (13%) after raid buffs. Spell hit correspond to hit ratings as follows::
17% - 446
16% - 420
14% - 368
13% - 341

asta pt spels cat despre melle in pve sa nu mai dai miss daca stai dw conform wowwiki : "with 9% +hit from gear/talents a dual-wielder will never miss with an instant attack (although the attack can still be dodged, parried, or blocked -- see the Attack table article). However, a dual-wielder would need 25% +hit if he wants to remove the miss chance for auto-attack/white damage totally." Kai,ideea era k e pt pvp,nu pt pve dar infine...m`a lamurit moonspellz k e 21% pt DW white damage (chestie ce nu stiam)...stiam de 5% pt pvp ,no matter what ...dar se pare k melee DW tre 21% si e inutil sa faci cap pt asta (pt pve DW e 27% ,asta stiam ) ms anyway,si scz pt greseala
