[REJECTED] Holy paladin, bugged mastery

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Mastery works but wrong, healing for about 5 mins on halfus or valiona boss and getting 1 or 2 ticks of mastery is unreal

I agree , mastery for holy paladin is ruined ,
As a side note , besides the fact that it does not stack , i think that it should scale with mastery coeficient, would be nice if it got fixed!

It shouldn't stack in 4.0.6.

Recount bug, check with direct buffs on a duel, etc.

Holy paladin mastery is totally useless on 4.0.6 , it wont stack until 4.2(its even not that good on 4.2).
