Character name: Sandel Fin
Bug description: Can't interact with Sandel Fin NPC. The first NPC, Nelu Darkclaw, worked fine. I also tried restarting the quest, but nothing changed.

Just want to say that this quest now works. You have to get lucky, but Sandel Fin sometimes gets caught up by the mind-controller properly and is released when you kill it. The full quest completes properly.
