Bug description: Npc-ul https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=23804&&name=orfus-of-kamagua ar trebui sa ofere questul http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11504/the-dead-rise , cu tot quest chainul aferent - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=11476&&name=a-carver-and-a-croaker . Probabil problema este in faptul ca cei de la Alliance au un pre-quest care se termina la acest npc - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=11573&&name=orfus-of-kamagua . Horde nu are niciun pre-quest.
Iar npc din Scalawag Point, locul unde se continua acest quest chain, sunt hostile cu ambele factiuni, desi ar trebui sa fie neutrali. Nu stiu daca ar trebui sa fie neutrali de la mama natura sau in cadrul quest chainului primesti un anumit spell care te face sa fii neutral cu ei.

Confirm too. For Alliance you need take quest: Orfus of Kamagua to continue chain.
For Horde you don't need it. Horde players can skip the first part of this quest line and instantly go to the Orfus of Kamagua to get the next (this) quest and continue the line from that point.
Personally I too can not take it.

For me the quest shows up, it does not have any prequest.

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
