Bug description: The npc dont give the quest if you dont do the quest find sage mistwalker before

Proof: According to a few comments in wowhead the quest should be avalible if you find the npc https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=24186&&name=sage-mistwalker before picking https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=11287&&name=find-sage-mistwalker



P.D: addons like zygors guide mark the quest avalible even if you dont to quest i mention before

On wowhead I see that you can only do this quest after you complete Find Sage Mistwalker. Stop believing random comments.
