^ You can see the timer gets higher than 17 seconds . He just isn't spamming cobrashot .

I saw maxim duration of 18 seconds, nothing more.It's working as intended. A GM will give you the same reply.

Yep Did some research that bonus is so dots won't clip or something like that to a maximum of 18 sec .

Atm we can get max 5 ticks(15 seconds) and in the video we can see the duration can be extended to 17 seconds(sometimes 18), that means the dot has 6 ticks. So we should get 6 ticks using cobra shot to extend the duration. This is the bug.
