WoW Freakz spell link: Barrage, link doesn't work.
Bug description: Barrage doesn't perform well on low HP targets and at full capacity. According to Askmrrobot, Barrage is hitting 16 times. Therefore, Bullseye must be proc'd 16 times on low target. The refresh rate should be higher.

Haste has an impact and Bullseye has a cooldown of .1 seconds. I could gain between 8-11 stacks at 15% haste. So it might be haste thats at fault.

After testing without Trueshot at max range, I could gain between 8-11 stacks. With Trueshot, 6-7 stacks. The only inconsistency would be the stacks differing. Other than that, it's alright. I'll let Quicksand take a look before rejecting.

After a couple of videos and a few minutes of test, realised that this isn't a bug and the shots are faster than 0.1 seconds cooldown.
Rejecting.
