Hello,

The same thing was on Retail occuring that the Character Panel is not updating the Crit % increase from Thrill of the Hunt, because it has a whitelist of spells that are affected.

However the Talent works fine as I did myself several tests in the past to make sure that the Talent is increasing the Critchance as intended.
