Bug description: Maybe i'm crazy but the spell was changed in 7.3.5 not in 7.1.5

Sometimes the older versions on MrRobot are not updated, in the wowhead comment the guy states that wind arrows clearly do NOT affect bullseye and never did. Find proof from 7.1.5 otherwise and feel free to reopen a topic.
