Bug description: whenever you use Harpoon on a target and not get killed by the player, the Harpoon doesn't reset it's Cooldown, it should be not only killed by the player. it should be rested when target in combat of the player dies, not only last hitted by the hunter.
Even when the hunter's pet last hit the target, the Harpoon doesn't get reset.
and also when you kill a monster, which is lower level than you, and his level color appears as gray it doesn't reset also.
Proof: I don't know how to prove that, but its logic enough, because in dungeons, Harpoon hardly resets because of that bug.

The remaining cooldown on Harpoon is reset when you kill an enemy.

If u can read the last WHEN YOU KILL AN ENEMY not when enemy dies.

if someone in your group last hitted, I mean ONLY last hitted the target, it doesn't count for you, I've been playing on retail and that is not the case there.
when an Enemy dies and he was IN COMBAT of the hunter, the Harpoon Resets its cooldown
