hello everyone please help me I passed the 12 key TOL DAGOR and at the end my character was in battle, so I could not open the chest and get my reward, I made a relog but all the characters came out of TOL DAGOR and when I went into the game my chest and rewards were gone and I could not get them My nickname I wrote here Please help and give me my rewards for passing the 12 key Screenshots that I passed I provided Please help !

Nothing can be done, You should have died and released and then looted or exited the dungeon entered again and then looted the chest, The key still counts for your weekly best.
