Bug description: I got stuck and now i cant resuscitate

i need help, i was doing this quest [[8] The Suffering of Shen-zin Su] and my character
instead of mounting the air balloon it just got stuck and i decided to relog in, then i appeared
nowhere just falling then i died and now I can not resuscitate

Please do the following:
- Log off your character.
- Login with your account and password on our website.
- Use the Unstuck tool @ https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php

If it doesn't work please open ingame ticket and GM will help you.
