Bug description: I'm DH and i cant go to Pandaria. I tried portal from Orggrimar/Dalaran/board quests in Orggrimar and no "Art of war" quest. when i try Orggrimar portal nothing happens and when i try Dalaran portal it teleports me again in Dalaran.

I cannot get Art of War as well. The Warchief Command Board in Ogrimmar does not have it. Niether does ANY npc in Gromash Hold. It is the only way into Pandaria on this server. I hope someone helps with this
