[REJECTED] I picked the wrong gear for a full pve donation character can i get a gear swap?

Details: (optional) I paid for a full pve character and I accidentally selected the wrong boots is there anyway I can switch out the boots that I got for another pair? I meant to pick Boots of Perilous Infusion but I accidentally got Borer Drill Boots which is plate and I'm a druid so I can't even use it. Is there any way for a GM or someone to give me the correct boots? I have the plate boots still in the mail. My character is on Genesis.
