Bug description: I deleted my character "Thalm" he was a demon hunter and i want to create another character that named Thalm but i can do it after 1 month the site says can you do something about it please ? Thank you !

Nothing can be done except to wait for those 30 days to use the name again or donate for the same reason. It's not an issue, it's intended to work like this so people don't get free renames.
