[REJECTED] [Icecrown Citadel] Glory of the Icecrown Raider (25 Player)

Bug description:

I tried to do the achievment "Glory of the Icecrown Raider (25 Player)" but there where many problems with it:

- "Lady Deathwhisper" doesnt transform the cultists into different types of cultists -> cant get the achievement "Full House (25 Player)
- The "Icecrown Gunship Battle" doesnt even show up -> achievment "I'm on a boat" not possible
- You cant get more then 2 stacks of "Necrotic Plague" from the "The Lich King" -> cant get achievment "Been waiting a long time for this (25 Player)"

I also didnt get the achivements:
- "Nausea, Heartburn, Indigestion... (25 Player)"
- "The Orb Whisperer (25 Player)"
not sure if those work

Achivements that (should) work:
- "Boned (25 Player)"
- "I've Gone and Made a Mess (25 Player)"
- "Dance with Oozes (25 Player)"
- "Flue Shot Shortage (25 Player)"
- "Once Bitten, Twice Shy (25 Player)": didnt get it, but the debuff is possible
- "Portal Jockey (25 Player)": we were just to slow with healing
