Bug description: Nu poti intra in icecrown citadel si sa faci bossi de acolo pe dificutalti de heroic atat 10 cat si 25 , chiar daca am facut deja icc 25n si am batut lich king - .

No bug here. You cannot enter on HC difficulty because you don't have the Normal difficulty achievements.

When the boss will give achievements you will be able to enter on HC as well.
